With our “Vernatsch Cup” winners and the Magdalener Bistro

On August 10 from 6 to 12 pm, wine lovers, citizens and guests will have the occasion to walk along the suggestive Portici street, tasting local wines and meeting the producers. The wine cellars of Bolzano will present their best wines in the fascinating historical city centre: Lagrein and St. Magdalener, a fresh, fine, versatile and full wine from Vernatsch grapes.

Make a toast with us to an ancient tradition! The Consortium for the protection of St. Magdalener invites you to Municipio square for a tasting of trade marked St. Magdalener wines. Don’t miss the presentation of our Vernatsch Cup’s winners!

It’s not over yet! After the success of last year’s edition, you will be able to find our best wines combined to gastronomic specialties by Restaurant Vögele at the Magdalener Bistro.

Special opening: the South Tyrol Museum of Archeology will be open until 9 pm and, on this occasion, it will display the temporary exhibition “HEAVY METAL – How copper changed the world”.
