South Tyrol’s St. Magdalener wines achieved exciting results in last season’s awards announced by Italy’s premier wine guides. The St. Magdalener Rondell 2015 from the Glögglhof estate was awarded the prestigious 3 Glasses by Gambero Rosso, and the Bozen Winery (St. Magdalener Classico Huck am Bach 2015) and Ansitz Waldgries (St. Magdalener Classico Antheos 2015) were listed in the “100 wines to be drunk now” in L’Espresso. But that is not all: The St. Magdalener Classico 2015 from the Pfannenstielhof estate received a Four Vines classification from the AIS, and the St. Magdalener Classico 2014 from Erbhof Unterganzner took the Crowns from Vini Buoni. In total that is a result to be proud of, one that underscores yet again the excellent quality of the St. Magdalener wines.
